Subdural puncture and aspiration of effusion in Turkey
54 authorised facilities list subdural puncture and aspiration of effusion in Turkey on the official portal. The authorisation is to treat international patients, not a permit for this procedure: the treatment list is entered by each facility itself.

What the licence actually means
Turkey requires a facility to hold a health tourism authorisation from the Ministry of Health before it may treat patients who come from abroad. It is not a quality rating and it is not an endorsement — it is permission, and a clinic without one is not supposed to be treating you at all.
The number looks like ST-0239. Ask any clinic for it before you pay a deposit.
On every record here you can also open the authorisation certificate and the operating
licence as the Ministry published them.
What it does not tell you: price, waiting time, who will actually operate, or what happens if something goes wrong. Those you still have to ask.
