  1. Find the licence number

    Every authorised facility has one, written ST-0000. It is on its record here.

  2. Read the document

    The authorisation and the operating licence are published as PDFs. Open them.

  3. Match the name

    Clinics trade under a brand and register under a company name. Both should lead to the same licence.
