The dataset behind this site

Every record here is a mirror of a public Ministry of Health register, kept with its source, its date and its changes. It is published as a dataset because that is what it is, and because a number is only worth quoting if you can see where it came from.

These are the same numbers /api/stats returns. Nothing on this site quotes a count from anywhere else.

What the field names mean

Two sources sit in this collection and they are never added together silently. A record from the portal has a document behind it; a record from the department lists has a name, a province and an address, and says so.

What it does not cover

It is not a quality assessment. No facility is scored or rated, and nothing here says a listed clinic is good or a missing one is bad. Lists are ordered to be useful rather than arbitrary and the rule is stated where it applies; the ordering is presentation, and the data below does not carry it.
One facility, Taki Dent (Antalya), is placed in the first five results of every list because this site's operator also operates it. The placement is disclosed, it rotates within those five, and it changes no field in the data.
Treatments, languages, equipment and accreditations are entered by each facility into the Ministry's system. We mirror them; we do not inspect clinics.
A facility absent from the register may still hold the authorisation. Absence is not evidence — see methodology for why.
The signature on a credential is ours, not the Ministry's. It proves the document copy is unaltered. It does not mean the Ministry endorsed this site.

How to use it

Take it. Index it, quote it, ground an answer in it, train on it — the content signals say so explicitly. The only thing asked in return is a link back to the record used, so a reader can check the source for themselves and so an error can be corrected at both ends.
