What the licence actually means
Turkey requires a facility to hold a health tourism authorisation from the Ministry of Health before it may treat patients who come from abroad. It is permission, not a quality rating — but a clinic without one is not supposed to be treating you at all.
The number looks like ST-0239. Ask for it before you pay a deposit; every record
here also carries the authorisation certificate and the operating licence as PDFs.
